Roger Delves is a Professor of Practice in Leadership and Management at Hult International Business School, based at Ashridge. A globally respected educator, author, and speaker, Roger has spent over 15 years helping leaders at all levels develop their authenticity, emotional intelligence, and personal impact.
Renowned for his engaging and thought-provoking style, Roger has taught and coached thousands of leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. He has designed and led leadership programmes for multinational corporations, governments, and public sector organisations, and was twice voted MBA Professor of the Year by students at Hult’s London campus.
Roger is the co-author of Top 50 Management Dilemmas (Pearson, 2014) and co-editor of Inspiring Leadership (Bloomsbury, 2018). He also contributed to Leadership After COVID-19 (Springer, 2021) and sits on the advisory board of Developing Leaders Quarterly. His work focuses on the leader as a human being—exploring the behaviours, mindsets, and values that make leaders not only effective, but genuinely inspiring.
