Budgeting & Forecasting With Excel
The finance function in a corporation often includes a financial planning and analysis department, which serves as an analytical support for the senior and line managers. This course will cover the primary functions of FP&A, including operating planning and budgets, capital investment decisions, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
