The landscape for businesses to thrive is changing and creating challenging skills gaps across all sectors. Apprenticeships can help you make an impact that matters - for your employees and your business.
This is world-class, business school education, funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Our passion for apprenticeships is driven by our ambition to create a better future for all, by inspiring and challenging our community to make an impact that matters.
Through our highly relevant programmes, passionate teaching and focus on applied learning, we build the knowledge, skills and behaviours that employers want, and entrepreneurs need to thrive in today’s workplace. Access to this learning should not be restricted by financial means and Hult has a commitment to support social mobility and access to education for those who can benefit most by being able to offer higher and degree leadership and management apprenticeships which address both local and national skills shortages.

Hult Apprenticeships are designed by some of the most renowned experts in the world of business. Everyone who designs, develops and teaches on our apprenticeship programmes are practitioners first.
That means they are working in business every day, contributing to new leadership and management theory, helping leaders to think differently, and driving organisations to innovate, and ultimately thrive.
Our faculty go way beyond teaching what is required of the apprenticeship standard.
In addition to learning the key leadership and management capabilities required, apprentices at Hult Ashridge will learn the skills that are really needed to help organisations to succeed.
This is world-class, triple-accredited, business school education. Funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Embarking on an apprenticeship at Hult means preparing to get stuck in from day one.
Our faculty will challenge you to solve real-world business dilemmas, as well as support you in bringing solutions to your own workplace problems.
You will be encouraged to experiment, extend your knowledge and stretch your boundaries, because that is where the best learning happens. Everything you learn is backed by research and supported by your peers, our programme teams, and your faculty supervisors.
By studying at Hult, you will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to make an impact that matters - straight away.
Exceptional leaders are shaped over many years—and during the last 65, we’ve played a part in the growth and success of many.

Employer & Apprentice Commitment
A key contributor to the success of apprentices is the support of the Employer. This means allowing the apprentices to complete/attend/participate in 6 hours per week off-the-job training during working hours, and provide the opportunity and resources to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve the apprenticeship.
Apprentices will spend most of their working hours in their productive job role and some of this time must be about consolidating the new knowledge, skills and behaviours, gained from off-the-job activities, so that they are fully occupationally competent at the end of the programme.
We are dedicated to putting our apprentices first, and providing support and guidance for apprentices and line managers. In this section you will find links to guides and policies to help you on your Hult apprenticeships journey.
